  • Elisha is our Director of Revenue, leading and supporting our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to help connect people with land they can enjoy and build a future on. She values working with a driven, supportive team that truly cares about clients and pushes each other to grow. Having purchased her own land through Mountains West Ranches years ago and built her own homestead, Elisha is proud to live the dream she now helps others achieve. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, working on her off-grid cabin, fishing and visiting reservoirs in the summer, and snowmobiling in the winter. A mom of five, she also loves traveling and fully embracing life off-grid.

  • Lannette is the Lead Sales Development Representative at Mountains West Ranches and plays a key role in guiding customers through the early stages of the buying process. Originally from Guatemala, she enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping clients feel comfortable and informed throughout their journey. Yesica appreciates land for the sense of freedom and connection it provides. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her children and being with her family.

  • Rafael is an SDr at Mountains West Ranches, where he reconnects with past leads and helps clients find properties that fits their goals. He values the team culture and describes it as supportive, close-knit group that feels like family. Outside of work, Rafael enjoys spending time with his wife and family and appreciates the calm and peaceful feeling that comes from being out in wide open spaces.
