MW Ranches offers in-house owner financing on qualifying properties, with no traditional credit check and an ITIN accepted in place of a Social Security Number. Financing terms, down payment, interest rate, and monthly payment vary by property and buyer and are set out in your individual purchase and financing agreement, which governs over any general description on this site. We do not guarantee approval for any buyer.
