Most properties require as little as $1,000 down. Properties over $100,000 or those with existing structures or a drilled water well may require a higher down payment.
We offer 10 and 15-year financing terms. Lower interest rates are available for larger down payments or shorter terms. Properties under $15,000 must be financed at five years or less.
You start by contacting us or filling out a form. From there, you visit our office to review a map of available properties, select two or three you want to see, tour them in person, and return to the office to sign paperwork and close. The whole process can happen in a single day.
Access varies by property. Some have year-round road access, others are seasonal. We disclose access details for each property and you will see the access firsthand during your tour.
Our in-house loan servicing team manages all payments. You never deal with a third-party servicer.
