Land for Sale Owner Financing

We offer flexible options to help you secure your land for sale with owner financing. Cash discounts may be considered, and if the remaining balance is paid within 90 days, you’ll enjoy 0% interest. For longer terms, we offer a reduced rate of 1% on a 5-year note, with down payments due by closing or within 14 days. We’re happy to provide quotes for larger down payments or shorter terms, although lots under $15,000 must be financed at five years or less. Only one promotion can be used per property, and the first payment is due 30 days after purchase on either the 1st or 15th of the month. See the chart below for more details on our interest rates.
