How can I make a payment?

Our loan servicing department accepts payments via cash, debit cards, credit cards (all major types), checks, or ACH bank transfers. Please note: card payments include a processing fee- 2.99% for recurring payments and 3.5% for one-time payments.

Can I set up automatic payments?

Yes, we offer recurring payment options through debit, credit, or ACH, It’s a convenient way to stay on track with your loan and avoid late fees.

How do I update my payment method or billing information?

Just contact our loan servicing team directly. We’ll help you update your payment details quickly and securely.

Can I pay off my loan early?

Yes! There are no penalties for early payoff. You’re welcome to pay off your loan at any time. Larger payments or extra payments are also encouraged so you're able to pay more towards your principal.

Will I get a payment receipt?

Yes. We provide a receipt for every payment made, whether in person or online.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Missing a payment may result in late fees and could impact your loan status. We recommend reaching out to our team as soon as possible to discuss your options.
