Why Families Buy Land Together

When you split land with family, you share the cost, share the space, and create lasting value. A 10-acre parcel can give everyone their own area—whether you use it now for camping or hold it for long-term plans.

Perfect for:

  • Shared hunting or recreational land

  • Weekend getaways with separate areas

  • Long-term investment to pass down

  • Retirement or future homesteading sites

  • Gifting land to kids or grandkids

How Splitting Works

Most of our 5 to 10-acre properties can easily be divided informally between family members. Here’s how it usually works:

  • Each person picks their spot (north half, south half, etc.)

  • You co-own the full parcel unless formally subdivided

  • You can each use, camp, or improve your part

  • If you want to formally split titles, a surveyor and county approval may be required—but it’s not always necessary.

  • Multiple people can be put on the deed.

We’ll help you understand your options before you buy.

Financing options include:

  • In-house payments—no credit checks

  • Shared payment plans

  • Custom terms to fit your budget

Where Are These Lots Located?

We offer 10-acre parcels near:

  • Duchesne, Utah – close to town and services

  • Fruitland, Utah – near Starvation Reservoir and great for recreation

  • Argyle Canyon – a forested, mountain area with seasonal access

  • Tabiona & Hanna – more remote, private, and ideal for hunting

All lots come with basic access and are zoned for recreational or residential use.
