Sales Development Representative

Compensation: $20–$25/hour DOE + Commissions & Incentives

Mountains West Ranches is seeking a bilingual, enthusiastic, and motivated Sales Development Associate fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing team. This role is all about helping people achieve their dream of land ownership by supporting our Sales Team, re-engaging potential buyers, scheduling land tours, and connecting clients to our inventory of rural lots.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 100+ daily outbound calls, emails, and texts to prospective clients.

  • Schedule and confirm property tours with our Land Specialists at the Fruitland office.

  • Build strong client relationships by listening to needs and recommending the best land options.

  • Manage a pipeline of leads with consistent and professional follow-ups.

  • Explain the benefits of land ownership and our in-house financing options.

  • Track and document client interactions in our CRM.

  • Collaborate closely with Land Specialists to share client needs and updates.

  • Confidently address questions and objections using proven sales techniques.

  • Contact past clients for referrals and generate new opportunities.

  • Gain a working knowledge of our properties, financing programs, and the local area.

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken).

  • Sales-driven mindset with excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Comfortable making high volumes of calls with energy and professionalism.

  • CRM experience preferred; must be able to learn quickly.

  • Skilled at building rapport and trust with clients.

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented in a fast-paced setting.

  • Interest in the outdoors (camping, fishing, boating, hiking) a plus for connecting with our clientele.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.

  • 2+ years of sales, customer service, telemarketing, or related experience (real estate a plus).

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent phone and computer use.

  • On-site role with periods of sitting, calls, and client interaction.

  • Occasional outdoor property tours.
