Most of our properties can be secured with as little as $1,000 down. Some larger parcels may require a bit more, but we’ll always let you know upfront.
Are there banks involved in the financing?
No. We handle owner financing directly, so there’s no need for bank loans or long approval processes.

Yes! In most cases, you can start using your land right after the down payment—whether that’s camping, planning a build, or just enjoying the space.

Rural Land Owner Financing
We make it easy to buy land with flexible owner financing. You can get 0% interest if you pay off the balance within 90 days. We can also give you a quote if you want to put more down or choose a shorter term. Lots under $15,000 must be financed for 5 years or less. Only one discount or promo can be used per property.
