About the role
Mountains West Ranches helps people own land in Duchesne County, Utah, with owner financing. We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own Google Ads and to build our organic social and lifecycle programs. You'll work closely with the marketing team and leadership on strategy and budget, and partner with our sales team on lead quality.
What you'll own
- Google Ads from end to end: account structure, campaigns, bidding, budgets, and conversion tracking
- Organic social for our English and Spanish audiences, from content calendar to reporting
- Lifecycle email and SMS programs that nurture leads through the buying process
- Testing landing pages and offers with the team to improve conversion
- Reporting on lead volume, cost, and quality, and sharing what you learn with sales
What you bring
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads budgets and improving cost per lead
- Comfort with GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting
- Experience running organic social and email or SMS campaigns
- Clear, organized communication and a habit of turning data into next steps
Nice to have
- Spanish fluency
- Experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
- A background in real estate, land, or another considered purchase
