You booked a tour. Good. That is the most important step, and we want to make sure you show up knowing exactly what to expect so there are no surprises and no stress. Here is how the day goes.
When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our land specialists. This is not a formal sit-down or a high-pressure presentation. It is a quick introduction so you can put a face to the name and ask any questions you have been holding onto before you head out to the property.
Plan to arrive on time if you can. The drive to the land takes a bit, and we want to make sure you have the full experience without feeling rushed.
Your land specialist will drive you out to the property. This is where the visit really begins.
Once you are on the land, you will get a real sense of what you are looking at: the size of the parcel, the terrain, the views, the surrounding area. No brochure or online listing captures it the way standing on it does. That is the whole point of the tour.
Depending on the parcel, you may see open meadows, tree cover, ridge lines, or direct access to nearby trails and recreation. Your specialist knows the land well and can walk you through what is possible on it, what neighbors and access roads look like, and what other buyers have done with similar parcels.
A few things worth knowing before you go:
After the tour, you will head back to the office with your specialist. This is where the conversation shifts from the land itself to what it looks like to own it.
Your specialist will walk you through the available parcels, pricing, and how our owner financing works. No credit check is required, you can get started with as little as $1,000 down, and we offer 10 and 15-year terms. The goal of this conversation is to answer every question you have so you can make a confident decision, on your own timeline.
There is no pressure and no obligation. Some people are ready to move forward that day. Others want to go home and think it over. Either way, we are here when you are ready.
Plan for a half day. The drive to and from the property, time on the land, and the follow-up conversation at the office all add up. Coming with a clear schedule means you can take your time and actually enjoy it rather than watching the clock.
The more people you bring who are part of the decision, the better. There is no better way to get everyone on the same page than seeing the land together.
If you have not booked your tour yet, we would love to get you out there. If you already have an appointment, we will see you soon.
