For starters, we buy in Duchesne County for many reasons, but one of the main reasons is the regulations are not nearly as strict as many other counties. This gives our clients flexibility to do what they want with their land without a strict timetable.

One difference in Duchesne County regulations is that there is no time frame to build. If you have future plans of building a home or cabin, that’s just fine. You don’t have to be ready to build when you buy the land here. This way you can grab the right property when it comes available and use it for camping, hunting or even farming.

When you buy, we offer a few free hours to build a pad for a trailer or potential home/cabin. We can even build multiple pads in different parts of the property if you need. This free service helps you access the property and start the process of creating your own retreat.

Because of the way our company is organized, you take possession of the property the day you sign. This is not always the case with many property companies. In many cases, you will not take possession until the property is paid in full. This does not always turn out well for the client so we avoid this by adding you to the deed from day one. Just an added protection we offer to our clients.
