Sitting below a high-elevation forest of pine trees and aspen, Currant Creek Reservoir offers year round activities. This time of year may be some of the best time to visit to enjoy a landscape of bursting colors fall brings us. If you love to fish, this is a place where you will find Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat Trout, Tiger Trout, Mountain Whitefish, and Brown Trout. The stream below the dam has Brown Trout and Rainbow Trout.

A scenic drive of just 40 minutes from some of our properties, where you can enjoy many fun activities with your family. A hidden reservoir that not a lot of people know of!

We have properties down the street from this reservoir. Red Creek Reservoir is a cultural feature in Duchesne County, located just 25.5 miles from Duchesne Town. Come enjoy great beaches and find a variety of fish including Rainbow Trout, Tiger Trout, and Suckers.

Strawberry River Pinnacles

An area with many scenic drives and walks. This river flows into Strawberry Reservoir and out through Soldier Creek Dam. The Strawberry river has a population of Bear Lake Cutthroat that have migrated from Strawberry Reservoir into the stream.

I have my owned Christmas lights that I design and carry out at Christmas time. My wife and I have always wanted land out in Duchesne County. But when we toured ( By ourselves ) The area just west of Duchesne. We couldn’t find anything that had water rights.We seen an ad on YouTube. That made us think by contacting someone That knew the area, Might be able to help us find what we were looking for. So we called.Monte with Mountain West was a the man who knew what we wanted and he took us to a few lots. The first was to rocky for me. My wife loved it. However I didn’t. He showed us another one. It had water. it had a view. My wife was looking for looking for the view Got it ! It was exactly what I wanted. As my wife and I were driving back to their office in Fruitland. We decided to pull the trigger and buy it.Very easy to finance. AND !!! We closed exactly 10 days later.Great people Excellent options.We start building in the spring. Look for us on KSL Holiday lights. But most of all, Look for Mountain West These folks are the real deal.

Kelly was very helpful from the beginning. He listened to what we were looking for and answered all our questions. He spent several hours showing us properties and we never felt pressure to buy. We did end up purchasing a 5 acre parcel with their easy in-house financing. We highly recommend them.

We are purchasing this land this is ours we just make monthly payments. This is in Duchesne. They were so nice to clean it out for free. Don’t think they normally do. Araceila and George do a great job. They are very friendly and kind. They even sent me 🎁. Its a great place to start life in near future. Thank you or gracias Mountain West Ranches.
