The Opportunity
This is not a lead-scarcity sales job. Mountains West Ranches has a database of more than 20,000 prospects who have previously expressed interest in owning land, including a significant number of Spanish-speaking buyers. Many of these prospects have not received consistent follow-up and represent a substantial opportunity for the right salesperson.
You will own a defined book of prospects and be responsible for building relationships, reviving opportunities, setting property tours, and closing deals. You’ll also work new inbound leads generated by our marketing and sales development efforts. We provide the leads, marketing support, tools, training, and a 35-year brand—you bring the drive to build your pipeline and close business.

Who We're Looking For
Real Estate Experience & Licensing
Land or real estate experience is not required. We will teach you the product, our financing model, and the land sales process.

Month 4 onward: Draw + Ladder commission structure with escalating commission tiers that reward increased sales volume
Additional incentives and bonuses for sales performance and strong down payments
Expected first-year earnings: $[70,000–$110,000], with significant upside for top performers
Company vehicle provided for land tours
Company phone and CRM/sales tools provided
Paid time off
High-volume lead flow and an established prospect database
Monthly and quarterly sales incentives, contests, and prizes
Company-paid real estate licensing when applicable
How to Apply
Send your application to careers@mwranches.com with the subject line “Land Specialist — [Your Name]” and include:
Your resume — English or Spanish is welcome
A 60–90 second voice memo or video introducing yourself and telling us about the best deal you have ever closed. Please include approximately 30 seconds in Spanish and 30 seconds in English
Your best month in commission sales and a brief explanation of what you did to achieve it
Because this position is heavily focused on phone and in-person sales, applications without the voice memo or video will not be considered.
Our Hiring Process: Phone screen, including a conversation in Spanish → In-person interview at our Heber City office → Ride-along on a land tour → Offer
If you are a competitive, disciplined salesperson who knows how to build relationships, follow up consistently, and close, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing market with an established Utah land company behind you.
