Today we are covering the topic of emergency wilderness retreats. This weekend we are expected to hit a high of 52° Fahrenheit, compared to the average high of 43.6° for the month of February. With this being said, this is expected to lead to an earlier than expected fishing season for Utah. But how do you know where to fish and if you are likely to make some good catches?
